Chrysanthemum

Intruduction 

the name of this flower Chrysanthemum.this can be seen very low.this is medium-sized flowers.it is a red and orange colors.the petals are so beautiful.Chrysanthemums,sometimes called mums or chrysanths,are flowring plants of the genus chrysanthemum in the family Asteraceae.they are native to Asia and Northeastern Europe.

Growing requirements of chrysanthemum 

 chrysanthemum grow best and produce the most flowers if they are planted in full sunshine.They respond to plenty of food and moisture.
There are hundreds of varieties of chrysanthemum,giving  you a multitude of option for height,color,flower size and time of bloom.You can pick and choose to fit your wants and needs when you visit the nursery.
In northern climates it is wise to purchase the earlier bloomers.

Dividing and transplanting chrysanthemum

Chrysanthemum should be divided every three or five years to avoid overcrowding and promote maximum flowering.they shoud be divided in the spring when new growth appears.

after your plants have been killed back by hard fost,cut them back to the ground and provide a light airy mulch of evergreen branches or similar material.the most dangerous hazards for chrysanthemums in the winter are constant wetness or ice on the leaves.

Chryshanthemum comes from Greek word.'chrys, meaning golden(the color of original flowers),and 'anthemon' meaning flower.this name was given to it by carlous linnaeus,a swedish naturalist who is also known as the father of modern taxonomy.
