What Is Menopause?

 Menopause is a normal condition that all women experience as they age. The term "menopause" can describe any of the changes a woman goes through either just before or after she stops menstruating, marking the end of her reproductive period.

How Does Natural Menopause Happen?

Natural menopause is not brought on by any type of medical or surgical treatment. The process is gradual and has three stages:

•   Perimenopause;. This typically begins several years before menopause, when the ovaries gradually make less estrogen.Perimenopause lasts up until menopause, the point when the ovaries stop releasing eggs. In the last 1 to 2 years of perimenopause, the drop in estrogen quickens. At this stage, many women have menopause symphtoms.

• Menopause. This is the point when it's been a year since a woman last had her last menstrual period. At this stage, the ovaries have stopped releasing eggs and making most of their estrogen.

      Postmenopause;These are the years after menopause. During this stage, menopausal symptoms such  as hot flashes ease for most women. But health risks related to the loss of estrogen rise as the woman ages.

What Conditions Cause Premature Menopause?

Premature menopause can be the result of genetics, autoimmeune disorders, or medical procedures. Other conditions that may cause early menopause include:

Premature ovarian failure:Normally, the ovaries make both estrogen and progesterone. Changes in the levels of these two hormones happen when the ovaries, for unknown reasons, prematurely stop releasing eggs. When this happens before the age of 40, it's called premature ovarian failure. Unlike premature menopause, premature ovarian failure is not always permanent.

• Include menopause:'include" menopause happens when the ovaries are surgically removed for medical reasons, such as uterain cancer or endometriosis. Induced menopause can also result from damage to the ovaries caused by radiation or chemotherapy.

Dry Sense of Humor

Dry humor is known as English or British humor, which is different than American humor being that American humor shows more emotion. Dry humor is more sarcastic in nature, and less emotive.
In dry humor, the listener must look for humor in the contradiction between words, the delivery and the context to find the joke funny.Some people really like a dry sense of humor, and others don’t understand it well.

I’ve been told I have a dry sense of humor, which is what prompted me to write this article. I however believe my humor is more semi-dry than dry.
I personally love a dry sense of humor, and think it’s pretty cool.

1. Your humor is dark or sarcastic

2. You say funny things with a serious, 

calm expressionYou keep a straight face at all times throughout your jokes. Your expressions are monotone, and sometimes you’ll give a smirk here and there. But for the most part you look mad, or depressed.

3. Your jokes are extremely clever

 You leave people thinking “Wow, I would have never thought of that, but it’s so clever.”

4. There is no punchline needed to your jokes- you make the rules

 People often fail to recognize your joke as a joke because there is no punchline. Meaning no exact point that you would think Aha, and then start laughing.

5. People often wonder if you’re joking or are serious

Because your jokes have no punchline, and often don’t sound like jokes, people will question whether you are serious or not.

6. You have people laughing at your joke minutes later

 Once people realize or register to their brains what you just said, they will be laughing for minutes later..

 A sense of relationship and copartnership with God involves the concept of universal brotherhood and that will help to develop intelligent tolerance, open-mindedness, and good-natured optimism. Life is really a battle between fear and faith, pessimism and optimism. Fear and pessimism paralyze men with skepticism and futility. One must have a sense of humor to be an optimist in times like these. And you young women will need a sense of humor if you marry these young men and try to live with them.  All good activities which encourage people to learn how to live with one another pleasantly and to develop a sense of humor improve living.

 And keep a sense of humor. It doesn't mean you have to tell jokes. If you can't think of anything else, when you're my age, take off your clothes and walk in front of a mirror. I guarantee you'll get a laugh.Class has a sense of humor. It knows that a good laugh is the best lubricant for oiling the machinery of human relations. Class never makes excuses. It takes its lumps and learns from past mistakes. Class bespeaks an aristocracy unrelated to ancestors or money. Some extremely wealthy people have no class at all, while others who are struggling to make ends meet are loaded with it. Class is real. You can't fake it. Class never tries to build itself up by tearing others down. Class is already up and need not attempt to look better by making others look worse. Everyone is comfortable with the person who has class because he is comfortable with himself. If you have class, you've got it made. If you don't have class, no matter what else you have, it won't make up for it.
